1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SUB Magazine website, newsletter, digital products and online shop (collectively, the "Services"), operated by SUB Magazine ("we", "us", or "SUB"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Use of the Website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the security of the site, attempt to access restricted areas, or use the site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair our Services.
3. Purchases and Payments
All purchases made through the SUB Shop, including digital London guides and clothing, are processed via Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate.
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, where relevant, are calculated at checkout based on the destination you select. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
4. Digital Products
Digital guides are delivered by email as a personalised PDF or HTML document following successful payment. Because they are made to order based on your selections, digital guides are generally non-refundable unless the file is defective or you did not receive it. 5. Physical Products and Shipping
Clothing and print items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier and destination. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
6. Returns and Refunds
Physical items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Digital products are not eligible for return once delivered unless faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including articles, photography, graphics, logos, guides and design, is owned by or licensed to SUB Magazine and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. User Content
If you submit content to us, such as article tips, photos or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content in connection with our publications and marketing. You confirm that you have the right to grant this licence and that the content does not infringe anyone else's rights.
9. Newsletter and Communications
By subscribing to SUB Weekly or providing your email address, you consent to receive marketing and editorial emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by contacting hello@submagazine.live.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUB Magazine is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
